When it comes to experiencing landscapes, the journey is often just as important as the actual destination and therefore shapes our perception and interpretation of the landscape. In "TOP", the alpine landscape is brought to life through a virtual chairlift ride. The vertical movement of the ascent is reflected in the depicted landscape. The virtual reality experience conveys in an experience-orientated way how flora and fauna are also shifting upwards due to climate change, thus enabling a new view of the landscape.
Für das Erleben von Landschaften ist der Weg oft genauso bedeutsam wie das eigentliche Ziel und prägt dadurch unsere Wahrnehmung und Interpretation der Landschaft. In "TOP" wird durch eine virtuelle Sesselliftfahrt die alpine Landschaft erlebbar gemacht. Die vertikale Bewegung der Bergfahrt spiegelt sich dabei in der dargestellten Landschaft wider. Die Virtual Reality Experience vermittelt auf erlebnisorientierte Weise, wie sich Flora und Fauna aufgrund des Klimawandels ebenfalls nach oben verschieben, und ermöglicht dadurch einen neuen Blick in die Landschaft.
