In this project, we worked on redesigning a small park called "Apothekergärtli" on the roof of the boathouse in Lucerne. Our main goal was to create a peaceful retreat where people could take a break from the stresses of daily life. We wanted the park to be a calm oasis, separated from the busy city by greenery and a wooden structure. At the same time, the wooden structure frames the view of the lake, the greenery and the city. The calm water surface in the center supports the relaxed atmosphere and keeps you cool in the summer.
In diesem Projekt wurde das Apothekergärtli, ein kleiner Park auf dem Dach des Bootshauses in Luzern, überdacht und neu gestaltet. Dabei lag der Fokus darauf einen Rückzugsort zu schaffen, an dem man den Sorgen des Alltags für einen Moment entfliehen kann. Dabei wird der Ort gezielt von der Hektik der Stadt und dem wilden Treiben an der Ufschötti abgegrenzt. Gleichzeitig werden aber auch durch Öffnungen Ausblicke ermöglicht. Eine zentrale Wasserfläche ermöglicht es den Blick schweifen zu lassen und die Ruhe aufzusaugen.
